Works the helpdesk of a Concrete CMS site running the Simple Support System add-on, a self hosted ticket system with no third party service behind it. The usual loop is `list_tickets`, `get_ticket` to read it with its comments, `reply_to_ticket`, then `set_ticket_state`. Also covers projects, attachments and comment moderation. Reading is always safe, every destructive call needs `confirm=true`. 23 tools. Transport: stdio. Auth: API key via `X-Api-Key`, plus per-project access tokens for private projects. License: MIT.
