Reads a Substack publication and manages its drafts: published posts, drafts, comments, sections, scheduled posts, per-post analytics, subscriber count, image upload, and draft create and update. Long-form posts are draft-only, so there is no publish and no delete tool. Notes are the documented exception, because Notes have no draft state on Substack: `create_note` and `create_note_with_link` publish immediately, with no preview and no undo. 14 tools.
