Continuum-AI-Corp/OrcaReplay
Lets an agent read and re-run its own past sessions. Records a coding-agent run below the harness (model API, shell exit codes and timing, per-turn file changes, MCP calls) and serves that trace store over stdio: `orca_list_runs`, `orca_show_run`, `orca_checkpoints`, `orca_graph` (what caused what, each edge labelled recorded or inferred), `orca_replay` (re-runs the recording offline, free and no tokens) and `orca_compare` (which states in its own description that it spends real tokens). Answers "why did you delete that file yesterday" from the recording rather than from memory. Read-only except `orca_compare`; replay never opens a network connection. Node 20+, Apache-2.0. Install: `npx -y orcareplay mcp`.
