HOL Guard

Local stdio MCP (`guard-mcp.v1`) from the `hol-guard` CLI. Tools: `search` (local receipts and inventory), `fetch` (one receipt or inventory item), `get_guard_status`. Local mode does not need network access. Apache-2.0.
