Read-only linter for agent steering files. Checks `CLAUDE.md`, `AGENTS.md` and `SKILL.md` against the vendors' published rules, estimates the tokens they load per session, and flags hidden instructions such as comments addressed to the agent and zero-width or bidi characters. Tools: `read_markdown`, `outline`, `lint_steering`, `context_budget`, `find_steering_files`. Install as a Claude Code plugin: `claude plugin marketplace add Katta041/asitis-agent-tools` then `claude plugin install asitis@asitis`; other clients run `node plugins/asitis/server/asitis-mcp.mjs --root <project>` from a clone. Transport: stdio. Auth: none. No network code. MIT.
