Fully offline, encrypted-at-rest vector memory for AI agents, exposed as an MCP server and CLI. Everything at rest is AEAD-encrypted including the embedding vectors, with RAM-resident exact vector search, per-record crypto-shred deletion, a hash-chained audit log, and optional keyfile two-factor unlock. Works with Claude, Hermes, OpenClaw, and any MCP client; no API key or cloud required. Install: `pip install compartment && compartment init`, then run `compartment serve` (or `compartment integrate claude` to register it automatically). Transport: `stdio`; no auth; Apache-2.0.
