MemTether

Local cross-client memory hub with a tamper-evident evidence chain, supersession history, conflict detection, and adapters for Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, Gemini CLI, and other clients. Install with `pip install memtether`, then run `memtether init` to create the local database and configure detected clients. Apache-2.0.
