Tells a coding agent which public APIs of a Python library changed after its own training cutoff, so it stops writing code for a library version the project no longer uses. Three read-only tools: `api_changes` (one PyPI package, from the release at the model's cutoff to the pinned or latest version; removed or moved names and removed or newly required parameters first, then deprecations, each with the replacement when the diff knows it; `symbol` narrows it to the names you are about to use), `project_changes` (every dependency pinned in a project's uv.lock, poetry.lock, pdm.lock, Pipfile.lock, requirements or pyproject.toml, starting with APIs the project's code already calls) and `model_cutoff`. The agent passes its own model id. Static griffe diff of package sources: no model calls, no API key, no package code executed. Install: `uvx since-cutoff@latest mcp`; stdio; no auth.
