DispatchSEO is a self-hostable, AGPL-licensed SEO manager backend. Its MCP server (~40 tools) lets an agent research keywords from Google Search Console + Autocomplete data, queue and reorder content ideas, check live SERP positions, read rank/GSC history, manage backlink prospects, and drive a content-approval workflow that ships pull requests to the user's site repo. It's the agent-facing state layer for an SEO manager workflow; parity is a hard rule, so anything the dashboard can do, the agent can do over MCP.
