Pay-per-use "convenience counter" for AI agents — a $2 tuned, deterministic, receipted negotiation session (single- and multi-issue) plus a blind locker to park/retrieve customer-encrypted ciphertext across sessions, alongside free negotiation/auction/mechanism-design math tools. One prepaid wallet per key with a 50¢ unconditional starter credit, settle-on-delivery, and Ed25519-signed receipts verifiable offline; no LLM in any judgment path.
