SHAR Production Metadata MCP

Read-only stdio MCP server for AI-hybrid video production manifest validation. `validate_production_manifest` accepts a production delivery manifest and returns structural validation plus a releasability result without reading local files, calling networks, or publishing data. Install from source with `git clone https://github.com/SHARProduction/production-metadata-mcp.git && cd production-metadata-mcp && npm ci`, then run `node server.js`. No auth; MIT.
