Shinjuku Shielded MCP

Private x402 payments on Solana: shield USDC, pay x402 URLs from a self-custodied shielded balance (the chain does not show who paid), and unshield, under spend caps that only the user sets. Seven tools: `x402_preview` (unpaid request: price, scheme, cap check), `x402_pay` (alias `fetch_paid`), `wallet_balance`, `wallet_receipts`, `wallet_cancel`, `wallet_shield` and `wallet_unshield` (a new destination address needs the user's confirmation through MCP elicitation). Tor built in; no RPC, account or API key needed. Install: `npx -y shinjuku-shielded mcp --max-payment 50000 --max-session 200000`; stdio, runs locally on Node.js 22+. Env: `SHIELDED_WALLET_HOME` (folder with the encrypted wallet), `SHIELDED_WALLET_PASSPHRASE` (secret) or `--passphrase-file`. Shield and unshield proof tools run on Linux or WSL only.
