Hands the agent-loop steps that need no text output to Jev, TypeSafe's judgment model — typed yes/no, pick-one and score questions about one state answered in a single batched call, with a typed escalation contract returning anything it cannot or should not decide to the LLM. Two tools: `jev_judge` and an opt-in `jev_gate` that can only deny or ask. Needs a TypeSafe, OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway key; `JEV_BACKEND=mock` runs keyless. Install: `npx -y jev-use serve`. MIT.
