FOXIFY Agent Commerce

Preflight an autonomous payment before execution. The x402-paid `verify_agent_payment_intent` tool checks mandate, amount, recipient, merchant/domain, expiry, and replay risk, returning ALLOW, REVIEW, or DENY with evidence; `foxify_preflight_info` is free. Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint: `https://xqmokxkbgewocuiinnot.supabase.co/functions/v1/foxify-agent-commerce-mcp`. No API key or OAuth; paid calls require USDC on Base. MIT.
