Parses a repository with tree-sitter into a graph of files, functions, calls, imports and inheritance, then answers questions from it with BM25 seeds plus graph expansion, so every block returned is headed `[cite: path:start-end]` with that symbol's callers and callees attached. `--git-history` adds CO_CHANGE edges for files that keep changing together, which no AST alone can see. Five tools: `repo_map`, `repo_search`, `repo_neighbours`, `repo_cache_stats`, `repo_build_status`. It indexes the repository on the first call, so there is no setup step; output is hard-capped at 12k tokens and credential-looking paths are never returned. No LLM call and no network access. Install: `uvx --from "repo2graph[mcp]" repo2graph-mcp /path/to/project`. MIT.
