Local, offline cryptographic inventory. Finds cryptography a quantum computer breaks — secp256k1, Ed25519, BLS12-381, Schnorr, RSA — across source, configuration (`nginx.conf`, `sshd_config`), CI pipelines, Terraform and Kubernetes manifests. Post-quantum schemes carry the mathematical family they rest on and where each stands, so SIKE reports as broken and HAWK as withdrawn rather than as "PQC". Reads the RFC 10024 TLS hybrids and OpenSSH's `mlkem768x25519-sha256` and reports both halves, since the classical half is the one Shor breaks; resolves raw object identifiers from certificates. Every file is accounted for as scanned, unreadable, or skipped by type, so the coverage figure has a denominator. Zero outbound connections, no account, no API key — enforced by a test. Deterministic: no model inside, every finding points at a file and a line. Install `uvx qrp-mcp`; registry id `eu.quantumreadiness/qrp-mcp`. Apache-2.0.
