stcmain/whats-inherited-mcp
Shows what a checkout tells your agent to do before you run it — instruction files (`CLAUDE.md`/`AGENTS.md` and the files their imports pull in), commands wired to run automatically via hooks or settings, MCP servers the repo declares, and skills/commands/subagents it ships under `.claude/` or `.agents/` (root or nested, as monorepos use). Useful before running an unfamiliar repo or reviewing a dependency. Quoted strings are returned clearly marked as data, not instructions. Five read-only tools; no child processes, no network, no file writes, and env vars are read by name only. Install: `npx -y whats-inherited-mcp`. Registry id `io.github.stcmain/whats-inherited-mcp`. MIT.
