Shows what is consuming an agent's context window before a session starts — always-loaded skill descriptions ranked by token cost, skills installed more than once under different names, `CLAUDE.md`/`AGENTS.md` sizes including files their `@import` lines pull in, and every MCP server configured across Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code. Counts only what actually loads: skill bodies, disabled plugins and stale plugin-cache versions are excluded, and token figures are labelled as estimates.
