Codex Reset

Answer questions about OpenAI Codex usage-limit resets with live data from codex-reset.com: the probability of a reset in the next 24 and 48 hours (`get_reset_forecast`), the dated record of verified resets and related announcements with source URLs (`get_reset_timeline`), and the current Codex service state (`get_codex_status`) to distinguish an outage from a usage limit. Three read-only tools; no key or session required.
