Realtime Avatar MCP

Official stdio server for Realtime Avatar, a realtime AI avatar API (live voice and video characters). Lets a coding agent list your avatars, their clip libraries, credit balance and itemised session bill (read-only tools annotated `readOnlyHint`). Opt-in write tools via `REALTIME_AVATAR_ALLOW_WRITES=1` build an avatar from one image, upload assets, declare clip libraries and start a test call (billed per second, refuses production keys).
