Reads the session transcripts 25 coding agents already write on this machine and serves any of them work from the others, including sessions from before it was installed. Nothing is written to a memory store: the index is built from the transcripts on disk, and retrieval is lexical — no LLM, no embeddings. Install: `brew install deja-vu`, `scoop install deja-vu`, or `npx @vshulcz/deja-vu`.
