Policy gateway for MCP tool calls — `provio proxy` sits in front of any stdio or Streamable HTTP MCP server, checks every `tools/call` against a policy file (allow / deny / ask / redact), injects credentials, masks results, and records each decision in a hash-chained, tamper-evident ledger. Install: `pip install provio` or `brew install writ-agent/provio/provio`.
