Rechnungslotse
German electronic invoicing end to end, not just validation — create XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, validate against EN 16931 and the full KoSIT rule set with every violation returned as a rule ID plus a plain-language fix, and read an invoice into structured data. Covers the German specifics a generic EN 16931 validator does not: Leitweg-ID MOD 97-10 check digits, the mandatory fields of § 14 UStG (works on a Word or PDF invoice with no data set), the staged German mandate (2025 receive, 2027/2028 issue), and the § 19 small-business thresholds. 18 tools; 7 need no account or key and `tools/list` is unauthenticated.
