Hosted remote MCP server for shared team memory, skills, and agents — Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients start every session with the team's context. Full-text + entity search, fetch with graph edges (cites/cited_by/links), add_memory, and versioned skill/agent artifacts with workspace and role management. Endpoint: `https://app.heyrafter.xyz/api/mcp`. Transport: `streamable-http`; auth: OAuth 2.1 (browser sign-in, dynamic client registration).
