Meshnote

Agent-maintained wiki as long-term memory for coding agents. The agent writes and cross-links plain Markdown pages (YAML frontmatter, `[[wikilinks]]`, BM25 search, backlink graph) across separate per-topic "brains", each seeded with a `schema.md` that tells the agent how that brain should be maintained. Every write keeps version history you can list and restore, and the on-disk format is a valid Obsidian vault, so notes stay readable and exportable. Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint `https://meshnote.io/mcp`. Transport: `streamable-http`.
