UK Tenders MCP

Live UK public-sector tender leads from Contracts Finder for agents. `tenders_discover` is a free peek of up to 5 open notices for a keyword, region, or CPV code. `tenders_pack` (notices as JSON) and `tender_score_pack` (notices plus per-notice fit score, fit flags, and pack risk flags) are paid packs at £0.49 (default 25 notices, max 100). Hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint: `https://uk-tenders-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp` (use POST). Tools list: https://uk-tenders-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/tools.
