Prepared-task handoff between a human teammate and their own coding agent - read the authorized ticket or Story, then move it with explicit lifecycle commands (claim, deliver, review) instead of free-form status writes, using a fresh operation id per mutation. Transport: streamable HTTP. Auth: personal MCP token; a token names one connection and never overrides that person's current Team roles or permissions, and Team-level MCP access is off by default.
